Our wines are delivered in cardboard boxes.
In case of stock shortages, we reserve the right to replace a product with an equivalent item of at least equal or greater value.

Average delivery times are specified in the commercial offer.
Delivery is made within the expected timeframe by directly handing the product to the designated recipient, or in case of absence, by notice of availability.
Any potential delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods, or claim damages. Goods always travel at the recipient’s risk.

Always check your package upon arrival to make any necessary reservations with the carrier in case of shortages or damage.
